📦 Return & Exchange Policy
At Folk Sabha, each product is made especially for you once you place an order. Because of this made-to-order model, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right!
✅ We Offer Free Replacements If:
- The item is damaged on arrival
- There’s a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong size or design from what you ordered
📸 Just send us a clear photo & video of the issue within 7 days of delivery to [support@folksabha.com]. We won't be able to process your issue you after 7 days of delivery.
❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You changed your mind after receiving the product
- There are slight colour or print placement differences (small variations may occur in handmade printing)
- 📅 Refunds/Reshipments Timeline:
If your request qualifies, we’ll process a free replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.
